No. Every Copelands membership is month to month with no contract, and you can cancel anytime.

Dues are drafted twice a month, on the 2nd and the 15th, by bank draft (ACH). Membership rates are listed per draft, so your monthly total is two drafts — we'll go over the exact numbers with you when you join.

The gym floor is open 24/7 to members. Our staffed hours are:

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

You get a key card when you join, and it lets you in any hour of the day or night.

The gym floor, the Victory Lounge, and the outdoor batting cages are open around the clock. A few amenities are available during staffed hours only:

Yes. A gym day pass is $25 and a spa day pass is $35. Buy a day pass here.

We don't offer free guest passes, but your guest is welcome to come in on a day pass.

Ages 8 and up may use the gym floor with adult supervision. At 16 and up, you can work out on your own.

No. Kids can play in Rambo's Arcade and the indoor playground on their own, and there's a viewing window so you can keep an eye on them while you train.

Both are reservable online, or call us at (405) 817-2673 and our front desk will get you set up. Depending on your membership level, cage and simulator time is either included at no extra charge or offered at a member discount.

The outdoor cages are on the same property, at the opposite end of the building, and they're open to everyone — no membership and no reservation needed. Just pull up and hit.

The Victory Lounge is for members and their guests, not the general public — and it's open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, right along with the gym floor.

We do — arcade parties, batting parties in Raycer's Performance Lab, and golf parties on the TrackMan simulator. See our Parties & Events page for packages.

Yes. We rent the outdoor courts, private turf rooms, and team rooms by the hour for practices, group sessions, and events.
